学士学位论文 PAGE III 酸奶桶的反求造型研究 摘 要：本文提出如何利用UG和surfacer软件进行模具逆向设计的问题，这一问题的提出基于以下原因: 1.在三坐标测量机上能够快速精确的测量到大量的已有产品的表面坐标值。 2.在专用的点处理软件surfacer上能够较精确的将测的的点拟合成曲线和曲面。 3.在UG软件上能够复原产品实体，以及进一步反求模具的逆向设计和制造一体化。 点云数据预处理和曲线曲面重构是逆向工程模具设计中的关键技术，虽然UG软件具有强大的曲线曲面造型功能，但是点云数据预处理的功能相当薄弱。为此本文以surfacer作为中间软件，完成点云数据的预处理，提高了在UG软件上进行逆向工程的效率和精度。 本文主要研究的工作如下: 1.探讨三坐标测量的多种方法和目前国内外的发展现状。 2.点云排序方法的研究，初步建立点云之间的拓扑关系，使点云具有一定的完整性，并去除噪声点。 3.利用surfacer开发工具完成点云排序与精简和点云曲线曲面拟合，并实现了拟合曲面在UG界面上的显示。 4.以UG的曲面处理和实体建模作为工具软件复原实体和反求模具。 关键词:逆向工程, 点云处理, surfacer 指导老师签名： Reverse yougurt shape of a barrel ABSTRACT： This paper presents how to use UG and surfacer software on the reversing design of the mold problem, the issue raised for the following reasons:  1. In the CMM we can be able to quickly and accurately measuring a large number of products already on the surface coordinates.  2.
