阀类产品性能参数检测上位机组态设计 （陕西理工学院机械工程学院测控技术与仪器专业082班级，陕西 汉中 723003） 指导教师： [摘要] 本课题主要是针对高标准的阀类产品性能测试要求而设计，主要研究力控组态软件在阀类产品性能参数检测中的应用。主要解决的问题是如何利用组态软件完成阀类产品性能参数包括前压、后压、压差、温度以及流量等等参数的测定，上位机实现对整个数据采集系统的监控、控制、调度和管理任务。使用力控组态软件进行系统监控系统的开发和脚本程序的编程，以及调试；具体包括对主画面、参数设定画面、实时分析画面以及历史分析画面的设计。并与下位机相互通信与联调，实现了一个完整的阀类产品性能参数测试系统。 [关键词]组态软件；上位机；画面；阀类产品；监控 Design of host computer configuration for valve products performance parameter detection Li Bo （Grade08,Class2,Major Measuring and Control Technology and Instrumentations， School of Mechanical engineering，Shanxi University of Technology，Hanzhong 723003，Shanxi） Tutor:Wang Mingwu Abstract：This topic mainly aimed at desining for the high standard of valve products performance testing requirements, and studies application of the force control configuration software in valve products performance parameter detection. The main solving problem is how to use the configuration software to detect the valve product performance parameters including forward pressure, backward pressure, pressure differdence, temperature and flow rate. The host computer is used to monitor, control, schedule and manag tasks for the whole data acquisition system. The force control configuration software is adopted for mointoring system development and script program. The monitoring interface is included such as main chart, parameter setting chart, real-time graph, historical graph chart, and etc. Finally, the data communication and control was realized between host computer and lowest controller, and the valve products performance parameter testing system is designed completly.
