This paper selects the enterprise green culture evaluation index system from the three perspectives of spiritual culture, institutional culture and material culture, and using AHP to determine the weight of the index sys- tem. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish green building enterprise culture evaluation model, this paper takes the SM Construction Engineering Co., Ltd as an example to use the model. Finally, respectively from the aspects of spirit, system and material, it puts forward some countermeasures to promote green building enterprise culture. The paper aims to promote the development of green building enterprises through enterprise culture, and then to achieve the goal of sustainable development strategy and the construction of ecological civilization.
