Also, it is a story which is famous all around the world. Charlotte Bronte described a character named Jane Eyre who has a distinctive rebellious spirit. Jane pursues the equality, the freedom and hope to have an independent life. In the ending of the story Jane realized her dream and lived in a happy life finally. 　　This story told us a story which happened in Britain. The main characters of the book are Jane Eyre and Mr. Rochester. Jane is an orphan girl who suffered a great deal but she is still positive and has a strong spirit of revolt. Later on, he works as a governess at Thornfield Hall where she falls in love with Rochester, her employer. Although the mysteries and dangers hidden in the house threaten to destroy her happiness, the ending of the story meets our expectations as Jane married Rochester and has a real happy marriage. 　　I am fond of Jane Eyre. Firstly, I think she is brave and strong. Her parents died when she was a child and she was taken care of by her aunt. What’s worse, she was abused by her aunt and her cousins. When John hit her, she said ‘You are like a murderer, you are like a slave driver, and you are like the evil rules of ancient Rome.’ She criticized John bravely. Jane endured abuse, beating and punishment before she was sent to Lowood where she received education. However, the life in Lowood is still terrible. She was misunderstood by others and she lost her friend Helen who is only one friend she has. Jane has a very strong will. During these horrible days, she encouraged herself and learned a lot. She rose to be the best and became a teacher. Secondly, Jane has a spirit of revolt. When her aunt forbids her to play with her cousin as she would have bad impact on them, she
