Poorly absorbed after oral administration . 【Mechanism of actions】(作用机理) 可逆性（-）AChE → ACh ↑ → M、N样作用 Neostigmine inhibits AChE reversibly →↑concentration of endogenous ACh at cholinoceptors → ACh produces muscarinic and nicotinic effects . The primary action of AChE inhibitors is to amplify the actions of endogenous acetylcholine. 1. 对骨骼肌作用最强 Has high potency in the skeletal muscle 【 Pharmacological actions 】（药理作用） (1)（-） AChE (2) (+) NM - R directly (3) 促进运动神经末梢释放ACh Promotes the release of ACh This may contribute to the effectiveness of this agent as therapy for myasthenia（肌无力） . 2. 对胃肠道、膀胱平滑肌作用较强 3. 对心、眼、腺、支气管作用弱 Has strong effect on gastrointestinal tract (胃肠道) and bladder (膀胱) smooth muscle . Has weak effect on heart, eye, gland and the smooth muscle of bronchia(气支管). 【 Clinical Uses 】（临床应用） 1. 重症肌无力（ Myasthenia gravis ) 2. 腹气胀和尿潴留( urinary retention ) 注：禁用于机械性肠或尿道梗阻。 3. 阵发性室上性心动过速 Paroxysmal ( [ p?r?ksizm?l ] ) supraventricu
