本科机械毕业设计论文CAD图纸 QQ 401339828 本科机械毕业设计论文CAD图纸 QQ 401339828 PAGE 1 摘要 本课题专门针对量杯充填形式的颗粒物料卧式成型-充填-封口包装机的结构进行设计。该包装机计量最大范围100ml，包装速度50-70袋/min，采用三边封。 此类包装机的计量装置主要采用可调容量式充填量杯，量杯由上下两部分构成。通过调节结构可以改变上下量杯的相对位置，实现容积微调。微调可以自动进行，也可以手动进行。封口和充填采用直移型袋成型-充填-封口机构设计。采用间歇式牵拉机构对薄膜进行牵引。考虑经济性及为使结构简单化，故横、纵封采用热板加压封合，切断部分使用热刀熔断。三角板成型器主要由等腰锐角三角形平板、导辊和固定支板联接而成。在多种机型上应用，尤其当制袋规格有较大变化时，它具有良好的适应性。利用三角板成型器即可将平张薄膜折叠成型，本机采用机械式无级调速装置，通过旋钮的顺，逆转动带动可动锥盘上下移动，即可实现速度的增减，达到无级调速的目的。其结构简单，传动平稳，噪声小，使用维修方便，效率高，所以在各类机械中得到了广泛的应用。有了这样的包装机，会提高生产效率，降低劳动强度，保护环境，节约材料；有利于保证被包装产品的卫生，提高产品质量，延长产品的保质期；可减少包装场地面积，节约基建投资，赢得更多的利润。 关键词:包装机；颗粒物料；结构设计；计量 Abstract In this paper, the structure of granular materials horizontal molding - filling – Sealer packaging machine in the form of measuring cup filling is designed. The packaging machine measures the largest extend of 100 ml, packages at the speed of 50-70 bags / min, and adopts a trilateral closure. Such packaging machine measurement devices mainly used filling measuring cup of adjustable capacity which is cast with top part and bottom part. By adjusting the structure, we could change the relative position of top part and bottom part, and achieve volume fine-tuning. Fine-tuning can be carried out automatically, or manually. The structure of Sealing and filling bags adopts direct Shift-forming - filling - Seal mechanism. By Using Intermittent pulling mechanism, packaging machine can pull film. Considering the economy and simplified structure, the horizontal and vertical closure adopts closure of pressurized hot plate, and part of cutting off uses hot knife fuse. Triangle forming machine is consisited of isosceles acute triangle plate, guided rollers and fixed-link plate. Used in a variety of models, especially when a bag specification changes largely, it can be adapted widely.
