并列句 一.并列句的定义: 含有两个或更多的相互并列的主谓结构的句子,叫并列句。 换句话说，它是由两个或更多个并列的简单句构成的。 二.识别并列句的意义: 有助于做好定语从句等复合句以及分词作状语等题目,e.g. which B. whose C. that D. its 三.并列句的分类： 1.用逗号把分句隔开,此时一般只适用于各分句主语同一:e.g. He is cruel, he is selfish, he is cunning. 2.表示连续两个同等概念, 常用and, not ony…but also…, neither…nor…,then 等连接,e.g. ①The teather’s name is Smith, and the student’s name is John. ②She closed the door, then she left. 3. 表示选择,常用的连词有or, either…or…, otherwise等: Either you are wrong, or I am. 4.表示转择,常用的连词有but, still, however, yet, while, when等: She is seriously ill, still there is hope of her recovery. It is very good，yet it can be better. 5.表示因果关系, 常用的连词有so, for, therefore等: It was raining hard, therefore we remained at home. 6.用冒号表示, 把分句隔开: He knocked at the door again and again: there was no answer. 7.用分号表示, 把分句隔开: The clouds disappeared; the sun shone again. 试做： 1.____, the children all went swimming.
