A t th e sam e tim e,the energ y consum ption of the inform ation in du stry is getting high er and higher.G lob al authority research firm has con du cted a su rv ey of the IT indu strys carb on em ission s. It show s that IT in du stry s carb on dioxid e em ission s hav e b een accou nted for 2% of the total glob al em ission s, sim ilar to th e prop o rtion of the aviation indu stry.A s an im portant part of building low -carbon society, green com puting is an env ironm ent-centric com puting m o del, w hich efforts to elim in ate the com p utin g sy stem env ironm ent unfriendly factors, and m akes com puting sy stem s m ore harm oniou s.U nder th e im petu s of th e inform ation construction of e-g overnm ent，finance, telecom m un ication s and other fields，the data centers con stru ction has entered a stag e of rap id dev elopm ent. H ow ev er, accom panied by high energ y consum ption of data centers,as w ell as issues such as en v iron m ental po llu tio n ,h as b ecom e . F rom th e persp ectiv e of ov erall data center energy consu m ption , an d co n sidering the actual situ ation of the data center, this paper carries out a virtu al g reen data center energ y con su m ption fram ew ork .
