摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 随着科技的发展和新型工业化的推进，培养技能人才的职业教育已成为国家竞争力 的重要支撑。中国也正加快制造业发展的步伐，实现由“制造”向“创造”的转型，无 论是国际竞争还是我国经济社会综合实力发展的需要，加强技能型人才的培养，加大职 业教育的改革发展力度已成为时代的需求。 近年来，我国职业教育正进入一个改革发展的蓬勃期，一系列职教改革的政策措施 强化了市场机制和企业行业等社会力量在职业教育发展和运行中的重要作用。快速发展 的职业教育正极力打造职教多元化办学格局，并不断推进企业作为职业教育重要办学主 ·体，鼓励多元主体组建职业教育集团。 本文正是在职教不断升级的改革创新下，从我国中职教育管理现状入手，结合国外 先进的中职教育管理方式和经验，以职教市场化为前提，以企业因素对中职教育主要管 理面的渗透为出发点，研究提出企业渗透式管理，进而展开对中职教育企业渗透式管理 的探索。本研究主要从以下五个部分进行论述：第一部分介绍了研究背景和意义、国内 外相关研究综述、研究思路和方法；第二部分阐述相关概念及理论依据；第三部分从五 个方面分析了中职教育管理存在的主要问题、产生的原因；第四部分总结借鉴了国外先 进的中职教育管理方式及其现状；第五部分针对中职教育管理的主要问题提出中职教育 企业渗透式管理的对策和建议。 希望本文的研究可以对中职教育管理的改革提供较为系统的理论和可行性参考，为 中职教育管理发展的水平提升起到积极作用，能够切实有助于中职教育培养出符合社会 和企业需求的技能人才。 关键词：中职教育，企业因素，渗透式管理，探索 万方数据 摘要Abstract 摘要 Abstract Witll the development of science and technology and the advancement of new type industrialization， vocational education of training skilled personnel has become important support for the national competitiveness．China is also accelerating the pace of the development of manufacturing and the transformation from’’manufacturing’’to”creation”．Whether international competition the development of China’S economic and social comprehensive strength，to strengthen the training of skilled personnel and to increase the reform and development of vocational education has become the times demand． In recent years，the vocational education in country is entering period of reform and development．A series of policies and measures of the reform of vocational education have strengthened the important role of market mechanism and enterprise，industry and other social forces in the development and operation of vocational education．Rapid development of vocational education is trying to create diversified school running pattern of vocational education，and it continuously promotes the enterprise the main body of vocational education，encourage the establishment of professional education group． This paper is just under the unceasing reform and innovation of vocational education，starting from the present
