南京工业大学学士学位论文 摘 要 PAGE 6 PAGE III PAGE II 鼓式制动器总成三维建模及有限元分析 摘 要 本文首先对鼓式制动器的研究背景及意义、国内外的研究现状、汽车鼓式制动器的发展概况进行了详细的介绍；并且对与三维建模相关的理论基础，包括 CAD/CAM/CAE的发展、Pro-E的基本功用、Pro-E的基本概念及基本方法做了详细的讲解；然后参考同类产品的结构特点，通过三维建模的实际运用对鼓式制动器总成及其零部件建立了相关的三维实体模型，并在装配环境下对分泵与其相关的零部件进行装配，最终生成鼓式制动器总成。在此基础上运用Pro/E建模软件与Pro / mechanica有限元分析软件对其主要零部件——分泵的三维实体模型进行了相关的应力与应变分析并得出结果,经评价，此结果符合正常的使用要求。 关键词：鼓式制动器 三维建模 有限元分析 南京工业大学学士学位论文 Abstract This paper mainly introduced the background and significance research of the drum brake, the research status include inside or outside of the national ,besides its general situation development at first; the theory basic about the three-dimensional modeling including the development of CAD/CAM/CAE, basic skill about Pro-E, and its concept 、methods all made a detailed explained. Then refer the structure trait of its similar manufacture, thread the exercise of the three-dimensional modeling in fact, based on the three-dimensional modeling about the drum brake and its parts, assemble them , ultimately build the drum brake assembly. In the basic ,use the Pro/E modeling software and the Pro / mechanical analysis software on the three-dimensional modeling of Wheel Cylinder, make the finite element analysis about stress and emergency of the caliper cylinder bore and educe the result, by appraising, the result accord with the natural demand of use.
