平顶山市农业产业化发展研究.pdf

摘 要 我国的农业产业化经营是深化农村改革、促进“三农”发展的实践过程中的产物。 在当前市场经济条件下，农业产业化经营是农村经济深化改革和进一步发展的正确选 择，对于加快转变农业发展方式、推动现代农业建设、缩小城乡差距以及推进“三化” 协调发展，都具有十分重要的意义。 就平顶山市农业产业化目前发展的现状来看，仍需进一步适应我国农业快速国际化 和全面市场化的新形势。基于此种考虑，本篇论文以平顶山市农业产业化的发展为研究 对象,在阐述农业产业化基本理论的基础上,总结了平顶山市农业产业化经营的发展阶 段及现状特点,并提出了平顶山市农业产业化发展中目前还存在的若干问题：龙头企业 规模偏小，辐射带动作用不强；深加工、高附加值企业少，产品科技含量低，缺乏市场 竞争力；农业社会化服务体系不够完善；农产品检测和监督体系不健全、不规范。在借 鉴国内外农业产业化发展先进经验的基础上,结合平顶山市农村经济发展的要求和农业 产业结构的调整,本文最后还提出了创新和完善平顶山市农业产业化发展的若干建议和 对策。加快发展以龙头产业为主的农业产业化集群；不断推进企业技术进步，提高农产 品企业的市场竞争力；健全农业社会化服务体系；以标准化基地建设为关键环节，构建 完整的产业链条。希望这些研究成为平顶山市实现农业发展、农民增收,并最终解决农 村问题的有效措施。 关键词：农业产业化发展，龙头企业 I 万方数据 ABSTRACT The agricultural industrialization in China, a correct choice in furthering rural reform and furthering development, is the product of deepened rural reform and promoting “three farming”, which is quite beneficial for accelerating agricultural development, promoting agricultural modernization, narrowing the gap between rural and urban area and advancing the harmonious development of “ three modernizations”. The current situation of agricultural industrialization in Pingdingshan City makes it urgent to adapt to accelerate the internationalization and deregulation. Based on this consideration, the paper, from the perspective of agricultural industrialization in Pingdingshan to expounding on the basic theory of the agricultural industrialization in the city summarizes the current situation and change of agricultural industrialization in Pingdingshan to discern problems and difficulties: small-scale in leading companies, weakness in radiation
