The patient found a right neck mass for 3 years, increased by half a month and treated. With right side headache, right ear pain, hoarseness, difficulty breathing and swallowing. Color Doppler Ultrasound of the neck mass: low echo mass of the lateral soft tissue layer of the right ju- gular vein; CDFI: the hypoechoic cluster probes and enriches the disordered blood flow signals. Postoperative pathology: The combination of immunohistochemistry was consistent with para- ganglioma and showed nerve invasion. The paraganglioma that occurs in the head and neck is rarely seen clinically. Ultrasound can identify the location of the tumor, understand the relation- ship with the surrounding tissue, and assess the local growth infiltration. It is convenient, quick, non-radioactive, and highly reproducible, can be used as the preferred check.
