摆转式供料机构设计与故障研究Research 摆转式供料机构设计与故障研究 Research on Design and Malfunctions of a Kind of Tilting and Rotating Device Abstract In this paper，the research object is the pendulum driver in material feeding system based on the design，manufacture and commissioning for a certain product in this plant．This set of mechanism is located at the end of material feeding system．Firstly，it is all interface between material feeding system and launching system,as well as an important part for working smoothly．Secondly，it should complete the function of automatic adjusting pendulum angle for alTfl with relatively simple mechanism,which makes shell swings different angles with different firing angles，in order to guarantee shells parallel with muzzle all the time． Meanwhile，it should have multiple protective measules in order to ensure the safe handling for entire．In summary，the design of this set mechanism has great significance for entire． As such，this paper mainly studied the effect of drive mechanism in pendulum driver on entire pendulum driver force and motion,explored design rules of pendulum driver in many ways，introduced more practical design and check methods，and verified design rationality against the commissioning experiences．The detail works are as follow： (1)Type，feature and motion character of pendulum driver，and its effect on the whole performance for material feeding system al e briefly described．The research statuses about material feeding system in foreign countries are presented． (2)Since the structure of pendulum driver is complex，simplification should be carried out in the required accurate situation．The force and motion character on overall mechanism should be analyzed in detail prior to structure simplification and drawing the mechanism motion diagram,which lay a foundation for future design and calculation． (3)The effect of critical part and linkage changes on the whole mechanism is analyzed by 3-D modeling and kinematic simulation． (4)Many malfunctions that happ
