PAGE 18 PAGE 14 PAGE I 龙岩邮政物流配送中心合理化运作探究 [摘要] 中国加入WTO以来，经济逐渐全球化，邮政物流作为龙岩现代物流产业的重要组成部分，在区域经济发展中有着举足轻重的地位。为了全面进军物流领域，扩展业务范围，发挥自身的核心竞争优势，龙岩邮政物流的物流配送网络优化势在必行。而邮政物流配送中心是邮政物流配送网络的枢纽，对整个物流配送网络的运作发挥着至关重要的作用。本文通过对龙岩邮政物流配送中心现状的研究，从仓储、配送两方面分析了该配送中心的不合理之处，仓储方面主要是仓库空间布局的不合理，配送方面包括配送流程的不合理以及信息化程度较低。在阅读相关文献的基础之上，并结合龙岩邮政物流配送中心的实际情况，从仓库空间布局、配送模式以及配送中心的信息化程度等方面提出了实现龙岩邮政物流配送中心合理化运作的建议。 [关键词] 配送中心 仓库空间布局 配送管理 The exploration on the Reasonable functioning of Postal Distribution Centre of Longyan [Abstract] Since China join in WTO, the increasing globalization of the economy, the postal logistics Longyan modern logistics industry as an important component of regional economic development has a significant place. In order to fully enter the area of logistics, expand business, play to their core competitive advantages, Longyan Postal Logistics Distribution Network Design imperative. Postal distribution center is the hub of postal logistics network, the entire logistics and distribution networks play a vital role in the operation. Based on the current situation in Longyan Postal Distribution Center study, from warehousing and distribution of both the distribution centers of unreasonableness, the main storage area is the irrational distribution of warehouse space, distribution includes the unreasonable distribution and information flow low degree. In reading the literature the basis of experience combined with advanced warning of Longyan post the actual situation of the logistics distribution center, warehouse space from the layout, distribution pattern and level of information distribution center and other aspects of the realization of inventory logistics distribution center in Longyan Post and distribution rationalization proposals.
