优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 The The Influence of Steped—carbon Tax on Supply Chain’s Profits and Carbon Emissions Ab stract The carbon emissions generated by industrial production have exceeded the environmental capacity，and resulted in the Global Warming，the Heat Island Effect，the Haze， and other serious environmental problems．Environmental obstacles to economic development play a growing role，and have become a threat to human survival and development．Carbon tax is widely regarded as one of the effective govemment regulations to control the carbon emissions generated by supply chains，but few research considered the relationship between environmental capacity and carbon tax．So，it is very necessary and important to illustrate how to renovate carbon tax to achieve better regulation of carbon emissions for the govemment，and analyze the influence on supply chain’S profits，carbon emissions，and its decisions is of great significance． Firstly，for the government，this paper focused on how to maximize the social welfare under the control of Steped—carbon Tax．Further，we analyzed the influence of our tax mechanism on social welfare，supply chain profits and carbon emissions．In this paper，we established a Stackelberg game model，in which we analyzed the government how to formulate policies of carbon tax based on the environmental capacity，supply chain production conditions and SO on，and the firm how to make the production decisions according to the policy．Moreover，we achieved the following conclusions．Firstly，the government should correctly evaluate the environmental capacity，and the additional loss of social cost when the carbon emissions exceed the environmental capacity,from the whole system prospect．Secondly，the government should establish Steped—carbon tax policy to prevent the supply chain from too much carbon emissions to avoid greater burden on the environment．Thirdly，the government should cooperate with the firms effectively，to improve the ecological environment and environment
