PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 舟山新区背景下国际海洋旅游发展策略 摘 要 海洋，因其特殊的魅力和意义吸引着人类。随着传陆地旅游的发展，人们求新、求异、求奇思想的要求，使得海洋旅游得到了迅猛的发展，走向美丽的海岛和有着阳光、沙滩的地方已经被人们向往、渴望。在这种背景下，海洋旅游已经成为新时期旅游发展的主旋律。 本文在阐述海洋旅游基本理论的基础上，充分地分析了海洋旅游的研究意义以及研究思路，结合旅游资源与开发、旅游业市场营销、旅游资源规划与开发等专业知识的基础上，探讨了舟山海洋旅游开发的可行性，并且指出舟山旅游的发展问题，对舟山海洋开发提出了开发策略，开发设计出了一系列相关的海洋旅游产品，为浙江舟山的旅游发展提供了参考思路。 关键词：浙江舟山 海洋旅游 开发策略  Ocean tourism development strategy of Zhoushan Zhejiang province Abstract: Human beings are attracked by the sea of her peculiar fascination all the way.With the?developement of the land travel ，the pursuit of the innovation ，the differences and the speciality of the human makes the marine tourism rising rapidly.People are dreaming of the high island and the places where there is the the sunshine? and the beaches. With that background ，the marine tourism has become the theme of the new period of the tourist industry. On the basis of the fundamental theory ，this thesis analyzed the acadamic significance and the?academic methodologe of the marine tourism sufficiently . By the combination of? the domain knowledge of? the tourism resources and development， the tourism marketing and? the tourism resources planning and development，the paper researched the feasibility of the marine tourism of ZhouShan and pointed? out? its development issues and strategies . It also applied the innovation of a? series of tourism products and the the reference ideas for the tourism development of ZhouShan.
