AbstractWith Abstract With the rapid development of the globalization and integration of the economy and more and more intensified market competiton，Supply Chain have become the main competition partern of the enterprise operational activity．But there are some irrmional activities in the current supply chain and make the chain disintegrated，all these factors have worse effect on the performace of the supply chain，even more have effect on the operation of the company’S strategy．So，there are great theoretical and practical significance to have research on the stability of the supply chain partner’S corporation． In this paper,the factors of stability in the supply chain partner’S corporation impacted the experience of the supply chain been discussed and explored．In the concluding of previous research result，we devided the supply chain stability factor into four dimensions，the overall coordination level，the strength of marched condition， the distilbution of the benefits mechanisms and the external environment factors． Then build the scale of the supply chain stability factors according the result of previous research and the interview of enterprise．In this paper the performance of the supply chain had been devided into finance performance，operational performance and cooridational performance．Constructe the theoretical model of a supply chain factors on the stability of supply chain performance accordingly． The paper used the statistic toor“SPSS 1 6．0’’to analyse the all effective questionnaire feedback．Got the conclusion as follow：Though the regression analysis and correlation analysis we find that overall coordination 1evel，the strength of marched condition and the distribution of the benefits mechanisms have significant positive correlation with finance performance；there are positive correlation between all four supply chain stability factors and operational performance；The overall coordination level，the distilbution of the benefits mechanisms and the external envir
