跆拳道俱乐部经营跟发展策略资料.doc

摘 要 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘 要 跆拳道运动是一项起源于朝鲜半岛的对抗性体育运动，自传入中国以来，被我国青少年广泛青睐。本研究以沈阳某某某跆拳道俱乐部为主要研究对象，对该俱乐部的经营问题进行了深入的分析，以期通过这种研究提高沈阳某某某跆拳道俱乐部的经营水平和业绩。本研究在实施过程中主要运用了访谈法和问卷调查法，通过上述方法对沈阳某某某跆拳道俱乐部的经营者、教练员和学员进行深入访谈和调查，获得科学准确的第一手资料。 通过对沈阳某某某跆拳道俱乐部的问卷调查以及访谈，该俱乐部在经营过程中总体水平在行业内部居于较优地位，训练器材、教练人员数量、水平以及经营战略等方面均领先于其他竞争对手。但是，该俱乐部依然存在一些问题，可以进行改进和提升。这些问题主要体现在俱乐部的市场策略有待创新、教练人员后续教育需要加强、课程体系设计缺乏计划和人性化服务有待提升等方面。针对上述研究所体现出的问题，我们建议沈阳某某某跆拳道俱乐部通过以下方法加以解决，即创新市场开发策略、加强教练后续教育、加强课程设计的科学性以及提高服务的人性化水平。期望通过这些措施提升沈阳某某某跆拳道俱乐部的整体经营水平和经营效率。 关键词：跆拳道；俱乐部；经营；对策 Abstract PAGE 37 Abstract Taekwondo is a confrontational sport originated in the Korean Peninsula, China passed since then, has been widely favored by our young people . In this study, Shenyang century Taekwondo club as the main object , the clubs operations conducted in-depth analysis in order to improve Shenyang century Taekwondo Club operating level and the results of such research through .
