It takes high-efficient and circular utility of the natural resources as the core and diminishing-quantity, reutilization, resource as the principle. On the basis of research work on the circular economy theory and practice home and abroad and through comparison of dynamic and static development, the thesis attempts to construct a circular economy standards system to evaluate the current state of Zibo circular economy and provide corresponding countermeasures, from perspectives of environmental ecology, systematics, economics, resources economics, urban ecology, circular economy and sustainable economy. Empirical studies on Zibo circular economy are conducted in the following four chapters. Chapter one introduces theory and practices of circular economy. Circular economys origin, conceptthe upholding principles and implementation levels and features constitute the introduction. In the following part, the close relationship between theory of circular economy and that of sustainable development, environmental value and natural capital combined is examined. Finally, a comprehensive analysis is conducted on theory and practice of circular economy home and abroad. Chapter two discusses the process of Zibo circular economy from the following two aspects: the development causation and significance of Zibo industrial circular economy and the general situation of Zibo industrial circular economy. ‘Chapter three is devoted to the construction of circular economy.
