XYYMC to use as YMC; (2) the concentration of Stachydrine hydrochloride and Leonurine hydrochloride for XAYMC is higher than XYYMC and closed to YMC; while high yield for XAYMC, considered researching XAYMC as a new material for YMC; (3) the assay of active ingredient content and yield of ZY-16 and ZY-29 which are derived from Liangshan Prefecture are higher than others in the collected germplasm resources, indicating that local seeds have a stronger adaptation to the environment; (4) considering the active ingredient content and yield of various germplasm resources, we screened out 4 copies YMC and 5 copies XAYMC as the original material for breeding.
