摘要随着经济的不断发展，我国公共建筑的数量和规模越来越大，随之而来的能 摘要 随着经济的不断发展，我国公共建筑的数量和规模越来越大，随之而来的能 耗问题也日益突出。办公建筑作为主要的公共建筑类型之一，由于需求量较大， 还有本身功能的复杂性和设计的多样性，使其对能源和环境的影响较大。因此， 对办公建筑的可持续设计方法进行探索性的研究具有战略性的意义。 本文从研究环境问题和办公建筑能耗出发，分析当前办公建筑设计特点，发 现可持续办公建筑已经在全国范围内进行试点并逐渐普及，同时也取得了较大的 卜 成就。但是，国内可持续办公建筑设计的研究大多集中在可持续的技术策略上， ，修 忽略了建筑设计本身的可持续策略研究。因此，本文将办公建筑形体生成中的可 V 持续策略作为研究对象，分析如何能够在建筑设计的初始阶段为办公建筑的可持 续效果奠定一个良好的基础。 出于这样的考虑，本文首先从研究办公建筑的特点入手，分析了办公空间室 内环境的特点，在此基础上通过数据分析研究这类建筑的能耗规律。进而针对这 些规律研究办公建筑形体生成中进行可持续设计的策略。本文从总平面布置、体 型设计、空间设计三方面针对办公建筑的环境特点阐述了具体的可持续设计策 略。在研究和阐述了办公建筑形体生成中的可持续策略之后，本文的最后通过对 天津泰达现代服务产业区MSD拓展区方案的设计，研究如何将这些策略运用到 实践之中，并对设计的方案进行了模拟分析。 关键词： 办公建筑形体生成可持续设计策略 ▲ ABSTRACTWith ABSTRACT With the development of Chinese economy,the number of public buildings and its scale is getting larger and larger．Follow come to is energy consumption problem which becoming increasingly prominent．Office buildings，as the main types of public buildings，are in great request．Moreover,their functions and design is complex．So r tlley have a great influence on the energy and environment．Consequently,it is 序 strategic significance for the exploratory research of sustainable design in the office ～ buildings． The paper started with the study of environmental problems and office building energy consumption,and then analyzed the characteristics in office buildings design． We call find that the popularization of sustainable office buildings has achieved great results in China．However,the research of sustainable design in office buildings are mostly concentrated in technologies，neglected the study in the building design itself． Therefore，the sustainable strategies in the form generation of office buildings are taken as the research object,and analysis how to lay a good foundation in design of sustainable office buildings at the preliminary design stage． For such consideration,the characteristics of the office indoor environment were analyzed,which followed by the characteristics of the office buildings themselves． Then,the energy consump
