沈阳航空工业学院硕士学位论文摘要 沈阳航空工业学院硕士学位论文 摘要 大型商业区作为一种公共聚集场所，火灾载荷大、人员密集、流动性大，其安全性 直接关系到人的生命和财产安全。开展大型商业区火灾风险评价不仅是商场顾客和营业 人员了解自身所处危险的权利的需要，也是政府部门进行有效安全监管和商业区整体安 全规划的需要。 本文在调查研究的基础上，从大型商业区火灾风险评价要求出发，对运行阶段的大 型商业区的火灾风险评价模式进行研究，提出了大型商业区火灾风险评价模式，建立了 大型商业区商业建筑火灾风险评价多层次结构指标体系。 然后，以安全相关性理论为基础，主要研究了模糊灰色综合评价方法，通过改进模 糊灰色关联理论，对评价体系中的指标进行了量化，构建了基于模糊灰色理论的大型商 业区火灾风险评价模型，探讨了大型商业区火灾情况下的烟气流动规律和应急疏散理论 及方法。 最后，利用研究成果，对太原街商业区进行了区域火灾风险评价，评价结果能够为 相关管理部门合理进行安全规划、实施有针对性地安全监管及采取合理的安全措施提供 依据。实际应用结果表明，模糊灰色综合评价方法在大型商业区火灾风险评价中具有良 好的适用性。 关键词：大型商业区；火灾风险评价；指标体系；模糊灰色综合评价；安全疏散 AbstractAs Abstract As Dublic areas，beeause of its large fire load，personnel-intensive，and flow of peoPle， the safetv of the Larege—scale Commercial Area(LCA)is closely related to deaths and 1nlurles of the of people and the serious loss of the property．Carring out the the fire risk assessment risk aroulld LCA is not only the needs of the customers and business staff to understand the themselves，but also the needs of the government to supervise effectively and oreraU satety plan． assessment of the Based on the suⅣey and study，meeting the requirements of the risk LCA．the thesis studies on the fire risk assessment model of the LCA which is on the business stage．It proposes the model and establishes the multi·level structure index system· As main works，the thesis studies on the Fuzzy。Gray comprehensive assessment of the approach which is based on the safety．relativity theory．It quantitatives the index assessment system by improving the Fuzzy．Gray—Correlation Theory·The fire risk． assessment model of the LCA which is based on the Fuzzy—Gray Theory·It proposes the model and establishes the multi．1evel structure index system．The basic rules of smoke flow that the LCA is on fire and the emergency evacuaion theorys and methods were studled· Finallv．the model and methods presented in the thesis have been applied to Taiyuan Commercial Area．The results provide a reference basis for the reasonable safety plan，taking that the targeted safety regulat
