沈阳航空航天大学硕士学位论文摘要 沈阳航空航天大学硕士学位论文 摘要 人文素养具有十分丰富的内涵，它体现在一个人的内在素质和文化底蕴以及外在行 为之中，人文素养的养成不是一蹴而就的。大学校长作为学校的灵魂，其自身素质对学 校的发展和人才培养具有十分重要的意义。校长的人文素养高低直接影响着当代大学理 念的实现、大学精神的养成和人才培养的质量。大学校长往往是一所大学的缩影，一流 的大学能塑造出一流的校长，也只有一流的大学校长方能领导建设出一流的大学。然而， 由于受各种因素的影响，目前我国大学校长的人文素养水平还不容乐观，有待进一步提 高。进一步明确大学校长的职能和角色，改善大学校长的知识结构，提高校长的人文管 理能力，设立相关的考核标准等，都是提高大学校长人文素养的重要途径。 文章在对人文素养概念作了重新梳理的基础上，通过借鉴相关数据，从总体上分析 了我国当代大学校长的人文素养现状，创造性地提出了大学校人文素养的基本构成，并 对其作了相关分析，指出了我国当代大学校长人文素养提高的途径。这对提高我国大学 的办学水平，提高人才‘培养的质量，建设世界一流大学具有很强的指导意义。 关键词：大学；大学校长；人文素养；途径 沈阳航空航天大学硕士学位论文Abstract 沈阳航空航天大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Humanities have a very rich content，which is embodied in a persons’inner qualities and external behavior,however,humanistic accomplishment is not achieved overnight．As the soul of the school，university presidents humanistic quality directly affects the level of development of the school，the implementation of the contemporary idea of university,the university spirit and the training．University President is the representative of a university, first—class university to create first—class university president，only first—class university presidents to build a world-class universities．However,as various factors，the literacy level of humanis still not optimistic，we must further improve the level of humanistic qualities of University Presidents．Further clarify the functions and role of university presidents，improve the knowledge structure and the management capacity of the human principal，set up the relevant assessment criteria，and SO on，all of which help improve the human quality of University Presidents． The article were to re—understand the concept of humanistic qualities，analyze the situation of Contemporary Chinese University Presidents humanistic，point the composition of humanistic qualities，and made a creative analysis．It will make a great guiding significance for the level of university education，the quality of personnel training and building a world class university． Keywords：University；University President；humaniti
