工商人类学期末论文 学分制对高校人际关系的影响 以汕头大学为例 摘要 随着我国改革开放和经济的发展，为了培养满足时代发展所需要的人才，在20世纪90年代后期开始，国内许多高校开始着手进行完全学分制改革。经过二十多年的探索和发展，学分制已经成为国内高校改革发展的主流趋势。学分制作为一种新型的教学管理体制，学分制被引入中国后却也产生了一些问题。例如学分制改革的同时，也对同学关系、师生关系产生了重要影响。本文以汕大为例，以汕大的学生为调查对象，采用工商人类学的方法对汕大的同学关系以及师生关系进行了调查研究，深入的解析了学分制下，汕大学生人际关系的变化，同时给相关部门在进行学分制改革提出了一些合理的建议，希望能够引起相关部门的重视，将学分制改革的问题能够有效解决。 关键词 学分制；工商人类学；同学关系；师生关系 Abstract With the economic reform and opening up, many Chinese universities have started the reform of the credit system in 90s. After decades of exploration and development, the credit system has become the main trend of reform in Universities. As a new teaching management system, credit system is useful to train talented people for the development of our country. However, it also leads to some problem. For example, the reform of the credit system also has effected on the relationship between the students and the relationship between teachers. It even changes the relationship pattern between students and teacher. The page takes Shantou University as an example, and it takes the students in Shantou University as the objects of the research. We use the business anthropology approach to investigate the relationship between students and the relationship between teachers and students.
