四川师范大学硕士学位论文数提取时间提取次数，当提取工艺为用6倍量85％乙醇，提取2次，每次1．5 四川师范大学硕士学位论文 数提取时间提取次数，当提取工艺为用6倍量85％乙醇，提取2次，每次1．5 h时得到的有效成分最多。通过总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、生物碱含量、 薄层色谱等检测对组培川贝母进行了质量标准研究，结果表明：组培川贝母的总 灰分不应超过2％，酸不溶性灰分不应超过1％，浸出物不得少于20％，总生物 碱含量应在0．2％～O．3％之间。 4对经人为处理后的川贝母之间的质量差异进行了研究，结果表明不同培育 方式以及不同生长年限的川贝母对其总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、生物碱含 量有影响，而不同处理方式对川贝母的总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、生物碱 含量无显著性影响。 关键词：川贝母；快速繁殖；多倍体；生物碱；正交；提取工艺；质量标准 II 万方数据 Study Study on tissue culture and quality of high effective corn ponents of Fritillaria Major：Cell Biology Graduate student：Jiang Mingshu Master’S instructor：Prof．Wang Yuehua Abstract Fritillaria Cirrhosa D．Don iS a famous and precious medicine in Sichuan，which mainly distributed in the altitude of 2800～4700m in alpine shrub and grassland，and mostly located in the southwest of China in mountains．Fritillaria Cirrhosa D．Don has a remarkable effect when used as a cure for coughing，expelling phlegm and relieving asthma because it contain alkaloids such as Peimine，Peiminin and Sipeimine．However Fritillaria Cirrhosa D．Don only harvest every five years when growth under natural conditions and in recent years people dug it without any constraint that make its resourc shortage and has a low content of alkaloids．To resolve this problem，our study use tissue culture technique to establish the rapid propagation system of Fritillaria Cirrhosa D．Don with high effective components．Furthermore，in order to obtain more effective components we also have a research on extraction process of effective components by orthogonal design，and we strictly accordance with pharmacopoeia of the people’S republec of China(Edition 20 1 0)to research its quality for having a better contr01．The results were as follows： l Study on the in vitro rapid propagation of tissue culture seedlings of Fritillaria Cirrhosa D．Don：Using scale leaf as the study subject，have a research on the influence of the different plant hormones to the callus induction，bulb differentiation，seedling and rooting induction of Fritillaria Cirrhosa D．
