Urban Urban rail 本人郑 本人郑 得的研究成 他个人或集 个人和集体 果由本人承 作者签 本学位 校保留并向 阅和借阅。 关数据库进 位论文。 本学位 作者签 导师签 城市轨道交通站点区域外部窄间形态研究摘 城市轨道交通站点区域外部窄间形态研究 摘 要 自上世纪90年代末期开始的中国城市轨道交通建设持续至今，并在国家扩大 内需，加大基础设施投入以应对全球性金融危机的大环境下得到强化。目前，我 国大城市已经进入轨道交通建设的高速发展时期，同时城市的繁荣也折射出轨道 交通与城市之间在空间环境、使用、交通、可持续发展等方面的诸多问题。城市 轨道交通介入已有城市空问后，提高了站点周边城市空间可达性，导致区域内原 有城市功能的重新布局，其结果诱发站点周边城市空间的演变，这一过程表现为 轨道交通与原有城市空间的相互影响和融合。 论文选取了以轨道交通站点为圆心，500米作为半径的一个理想的圆形区域 作为研究对象，并将其定义为站点区域；按照轨道交通站点区域内主要用地功能 来对轨道交通站点进行类型的划分，即中心型站点、城市型站点、居住社区型站 点和景点型站点四类。本文主要以站点区域外部空间为研究对象，将其外部空间 的构成要素总结为广场公园、建筑界面、步行系统和道路交通系统，通过国内外 的案例研究，整理分析不同类型轨道交通站点区域的土地利用情况和外部空间环 境，并对中心型站点区域和居住社区型站点区域进行差异化的比较分析，探究轨 道交通与原有城市空间的融合。 对城市轨道交通站点区域外部空间形态的研究，其目的不仅限于了解轨道交 通与城市空间的相互影响关系，更在于对城市外部空间构成要素的本质特征进行 把握，因此，笔者在全文的最后从步行为导向的角度，提出轨道交通站点区域外 部空间的设计引导，以期对长沙等城市轨道交通建设和城市更新发挥建设性作用。 关键词：轨道交通；站点区域；外部空间形态；构成要素；设计引导 AbstractSince Abstract Since the late 90s of last century,China started construction of urban rail transit contl叫es to this day,and in expanding domestic demand，increase investment in Intrastructure to address the global financial crisis and the larger environment be strengthened·At present，China has entered the city rail transit construction of high speed growth，while also reflects the prosperity of the city rail transit and cities in the sPace enVlronment，use，transport，sustainable development，and SO many problems． Urban rail transit has been involved in space，improve the accessibility of urban space around the site，leading to the functions of cities within the region to re一1ayout of the orIginal，and the results induced the evolution of urban space around the site．a process that the original performance of rail transit interaction between urban space and integrati on． Papers selected site for the rail transit center,500 meters as the radius of a circular area as an ideal object of study,and define it as the site area；in accordance with the rail transit site t o the region’s main land feature on the site for the type of rail transit division，that is centered site，city
