内蒙古工业大学本科毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 21 摘 要 包商银行是内蒙古自治区最早成立的股份制商业银行。是我国金融体制改革的产物，它是在原城市信用合作社的基础上组建起来的股份制商业银行。经过12年的发展，包商银行为化解原城市信用社的金融风险，确保社会、经济、金融稳定做出了积极贡献。为广大居民、中小企业、大型企业、政府项目提供了强劲的资金支持。但是随着我国银行业改革开放的推进，银行业竞争口益激烈，城市商业银行的生存压力进一步加大。本文首先介绍了包商银行的现状和现行的经营模式，并分析包商银行经营中存在的问题，最后针对公司经营存在的问题，提出了创新经营模式的建议。 关键字：包商银行；中小企业金融；城市商业银行；经营模式 Abstract Baotou commercial bank is the joint stock system commercial bank which first established in Mongolia. Is our country monetary system reform product, it is the joint stock system commercial bank which sets up in the original city credit societys foundation.After 12 years development, Baotou commercial bank for melts the original city credit association the financial risk, guaranteed the society, the economy, the finance has made the positive contribution stably.For the general inhabitants, the small and medium-sized enterprise, the major industry, the government program has provided the strong fund support.But along with Our country Banking industry reform and open policy advancement, the banking industry competition mouth profit is intense, the city commercial banks survival pressure further enlarges.This article first introduced Baotou commercial bank present situation and the present management pattern, and analyze the question which in Baotou commercial bank management exists, finally aims at the company to manage the existence the question, put forward the innovation management pattern proposal.
