哈尔滨理工大学学士学位论文 哈 尔 滨 理 工 大 学 毕 业 设 计 题 目: 人民币外升内贬的成因分析及对策研究 年 月 日 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III- - PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III - - 人民币外升内贬的成因分析及对策研究 摘要 自从2005年7月我国进行人民币汇率制度改革以来，实施以市场供求为基础，参考一篮子货币进行调节，有管理的浮动汇率制度。自此，人民币对外升值的同时，对内价值在下降，内外价值偏离的原因是对外经济政策与不适宜的汇率政策。从近几年的情况来看，人民币内外价值的偏离有进一步扩大的趋势，这种现象是与经典的经济学原理相悖的。人民币对内贬值，则货币的对内购买力不断下降、物价水平持续高起，居民生活福利受损；人民币对外升值，在一定程度上打击国内制造业部门，使出口导向型经济发展步履维艰。 本文在对人民币外升内贬现象的认定以及本质概念的基础上，以一价定律以及购买力平价理论为依据，同时结合货币数量论，运用原因分析和定性分析的方法，对人民币外升内贬的形成原因进行了分析，分别针对人民币对外和对内的一系列变化，对我国经济的有利和不利的影响，并结合人民币汇率变动的现实情况，对于不利影响，提出了应对人民币对外升值、对内贬值的一些对策，希望能为我国人民币汇率制度改革提供一些思路。 关键词　 人民币；对外升值；对内贬值 Cause Analysis and Countermeasures Research of the External Appreciation and Internal Depreciation with the RMB Exchange Rate Abstract Since the July 2005 reform of the RMB exchange rate system, the implementation of market supply and demand with reference to a basket of currencies, a managed floating exchange rate system.
