Abstract is done. The test result shows that it is not reliable that Minitab is regarded as a tool to suppose and test life distribution and that the life distribution of LED indoor luminaires follows Log-normal distribution and Weibull distribution. Finally, the research contents are concluded. According to the shortage of this paper, further research on LED indoor luminaires is discussed. Test scheme designing, life prediction, reliability evaluation and distribution hypothesis testing of step stress accelerated life test are done in this paper, which can conduct the reliability evaluation of LED indoor luminaires to a certain extent.
