国有企业高管薪酬管制问题研究
[摘要] 国企高管薪酬及其管理问题是近年来社会关注的热点。国企高管薪管理酬问题既有高管自身问题、政府管理问题、立法问题, 也有企业本身问题以及社会方面问题。当前要深化国企市场化改革, 逐步实行市场化的薪酬管理制度; 完善企业法人治理结构, 大力推进企业薪酬规划设计工作; 明确界定高管业绩考核内容, 建立健全科学的企业绩效考核体系; 完善国企高管薪酬激励机制, 构建适合中国特点的高管薪酬激励机制; 严格执行各项规定,健全薪酬监管法规政策体系。通过实施这些政策措施, 努力构建企业科学合理的薪酬制度体系。

[Abstract] senior executive pay in state-owned enterprises and its management is the focus of the society in recent years. Executives of state-owned enterprises pay management reward problem both government executives of their own problems, management problems, the legislative problems, there is also the enterprise itself problem and social problems. The current to deepen market-oriented reform of state-owned enterprises, and gradually implement market-oriented salary management system; perfecting corporate governance structure, work vigorously to promote the design of compensation plan enterprise; defined executives operating performance appraisal content, establish and improve the enterprise performance evaluation system of science; improve the executive compensation incentive mechanism, construct suitable for Chinas executive compensation incentive mechanism; strict implementation of the provisions, perfecting the compensation regulatory policy system. Through the implementation of these policies and measures, and strive to build a scientific and rational enterprise salary system.
