PAGE PAGE 9 基于ASP的电子政务网页设计 内 容 摘 要 21世纪，世界发达国家政府开始把建设电子政务作为一项重要国策，并通过发展电子政务，利用网上服务给各种用户群体带来新的工作和生活方式。世界各国已经开始了政府服务信息化建设的进程，我国各级政府也在充分认识政府服务信息化的重要性和紧迫性的基础上，积极主动地在进行信息化特别是电子政务的建设。社会的发展要求全面提高政府服务质量，因此就必然要求增强政府服务的能力，而电子政务的实施就是最有效的途径。 所设计的电子政务网页基于ASP+ACCESS技术，一方面主要是针对我国的电子政务网页在功能、政务内容和互动性上所存在的问题，实现了新闻发布和更新、文件上传、留言板等功能，解决了管理者和用户之间的单向联系问题；另一方面针对许多电子政务网页主界面布局不合理的问题，设计出了较为合理的布局方式，解决了用户浏览信息时由于界面不合理带来的各种麻烦，使得用户浏览起来更加方便。从而加快政务工作的信息化和自动化进程，提高政务工作的管理水平和电子政务网页的使用效率。 关键词：电子政务网页 新闻发布 文件上传 留言板 功能模块 Abstract In 21 Century, developed countries’ governments start to take the construction of electron government affairs as an important national policy, and through the development of electron government affairs, uses the on-line service to bring the new work and the life style for each community of users. The various countries already started the course of government service information construction, on the foundation of our country’s all levels of governments’ full understanding of the importance and the urgent of government service information, positively development on own initiative is carrying on the information specially on the electronic government affairs construction. Societys development requests comprehensive improvement of the government quality of service, therefore requests the enhancement of government service on the necessity of the ability, but the electronic government affairs implementation is the most effective way. The electronic government affairs website which I designed based on ASP and ACCESS technology. On the one hand, mainly aims at the problems in the functions, the government affairs contents and the interaction between the managers and users of our country’s electronic government affairs websites ,and has realized in the news issue, the documents pass on and the function of visitors’ book and so on, has solved the problem of the unilateral connection between the managers and users; On the other hand, in view of many electronic government affairs
