无保护会阴接生技术在自然分娩中的应用效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨无保护会阴接生技术在自然分娩中的应用效果。 方法 选取XX年2～10月在我院进行分娩的60例自然分娩的单胎产妇作为研究对象，把按照随机数字表法平均分为两组各30例，观察组采用无保护会阴接生技术进行接生，对照组采用会阴保护接生技术进行接生，对比分析两组产妇的会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率、剖宫产率、产后出血率以及对医院接生的满意度。 结果 观察组产妇在会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率、剖宫产率以及产后出血率方面均明显低于对照组产妇，两组比较差异有统计学意义。在满意度方面，观察组产妇明显高于对照组产妇，两组比较差异有统计学意义。 结论 在孕妇自然分娩的过程中，采用新式的无保护会阴接生技术能够改变传统的接生助产“一刀切”的现象，降低产妇的会阴裂伤率、会阴侧切率、剖宫产率以及产后出血率，减轻产妇在分娩过程中所受的痛苦，促进产妇产后的快速恢复，产妇对于接生的过程与效果也比较满意，是一项较为理想的自然分娩接生技术，值得临床行广泛推广应用。　　[关键词] 无保护会阴接生技术；自然分娩；满意度；应用效果　　[中图分类号] [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673--0054-03　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application effect of unprotected perineal delivery technology in natural delivery. Methods 60 puerperas of single childbirth with natural delivery in our hospital from January XX to October XX were selected as the study were equally divided into two groups according to the random number table method. Among them，30 cases in the observation group were treated with unprotected perineal delivery technology for delivery， and 30 cases of the control group underwent perineal protection delivery techniques. The perineal laceration rate， episiotomy rate， cesarean section rate， postpartum hemorrhage rate and satisfaction with hospital delivery between two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results The perineal laceration rate， episiotomy rate， cesarean section rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the difference was significant. The satisfaction of the observation group maternal was significantly higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In the process of natural delivery of pregnant women， the new unprotected perineal delivery technique can change the traditional one-size-fits-all phenomenon of delivery and midwifery， reduce the perineal laceration rate，episiotomy rate，cesarean section rate， postpartum hemorrhage rate and the suffering of the puerperas during delivery， and promote the rapi
