Abstract With the continuous progress of modern information technology, in traditional sense, the telecommunications sector is responsible for communication project which has penetrated into all walks of life, more and more companies and individuals have a new understanding of the communication project management. This project will design a positioning system to ensure the safety of plant personnel and improve production efficiency after the completion of the hydropower station. WIFI positioning is used with the characters of new technology, great project, many research and development and construction units and project complexity.etc. In order to ensure the project completed on schedule, the process of project management must be used to ensure the achievement of expected goals. The main topic of this study is to realize the entire management of indoor positioning system projects of hydropower station in the means of communication project management.
