T e color was appeared on t e test region because of t e compound of antigen- antibody w en t e sample was positive. T ere was no color appeared w en t e sample was negative. T e w ole experimentation merely needed fifteen minutes. T e test result s ows t is strip as t e same merits as t at of ELISA test in microanalysis , ig specialty and accurate.
