Potentiometric plating solution online detection system with titration

Abstract: This paper introduces the composition，functions，and applications of the electroplating
solution online detection system. The electroplating solution online detection system uses
potentiometric titration. The system also elaborates the functions of the self-cleaning filtration
solution steady flow regulator，PLC system timing control，system leakage and abnormal status
alarm display and related control，accuracy detection control，and data inspection devices. The
application of the system in a real-life steel plating environment proved the reliability of the
detection accuracy and the effectiveness of electroplating solution online testing system. The
method of potentiometric titration plating solution online testing system solves the problem that the
X-ray inspection system cannot detect the non-c
