浙江工业大学硕士学位论文杭州市驾驶员培训管理模式优化研究 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 杭州市驾驶员培训管理模式优化研究 万方数据 万方数据 杭州市驾驶员培训管理模式优化研究 摘 要 随着我国经济快速增长，人民收入不断提高以及汽车工业蓬勃发展，道路上 私家车的数量急剧上升，越来越多的人开始买车学车开车，这也带动了我国驾驶 员培训事业的快速发展。发展同时，也带来了不少交通压力和交通安全问题，可 以说，我国交通肇事率、交通事故伤亡率是随着驾驶人数量的提高而提高的，这 给国家、社会及人民的生命财产带来极大的损失。 在这样的情况下，本文以杭州市为例，在分析研究背景和国内外研究成果的 基础上，通过实地调查得出，目前杭州市驾培管理模式培训体系存在沟通不畅、 市场价格混乱、考核不完善等问题。本文从提高管理、培训的效率角度出发，结 合杭州市驾培的实际情况，设计了杭州市驾驶员培训管理模式，并指出了优化步 骤。本文研究指出，优化管理模式首先要完善立法和相关制度，其次要改变、创 新管理重心以及管理手段、方法，再次要加强管理部门之间的协作与沟通，最后 要选择时机进行改革，合理推进优化进程。本论文期待为我国驾驶员培训管理工 作提供一定的帮助和参考。 关键词：机动车；驾驶员；培训管理；管理模式 I Research of Optimizing Management Mode Of Driver Training in Hangzhou Abstract There is an increasing number of people purchasing vehicles and receiving training of how to drive, due to the rapid development of economy, the continuous improvement of peoples income, and the vigorous development of automobile industry. Therefore, all these factors promoting the development of drive training enterprise. However, the traffic accident rate and accident casualty rate is increasing with the number of drivers, which caused huge damage for the nation, society and casualties themselves. Under such circumstances, we decided to conduct field investigation for the system of driver training, which based on the research background and current domestic and foreign research achievement. We take an example of Hangzhou, consider the current problems of communication, market price, imperfect assessment, and conduct deep investigation on optimizing from all aspects. The study start fro m efficiency of improving management and training, combine with the actual situation of drive training in Hangzhou, design the management model of driver training and the optimized steps. Through the research, we found that improve the legislation and related system is the first thing need to do for optimizing management mode, then need to change and innovate the focus, tools and methods of management. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation and communication
