Abstract :Combing the related theories of information ecology and development situation of WAP portal ，and on the basis of
the 3 basic elements “people ，information and information environment ”of information ecology ，this paper constructs an ecological
evaluation system of WAP portal from 6 aspects :site security ，interactive participation ，usefulness of the information ，ease of use ，
web design and link manager. The paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process method to determine the weight of each evaluation index
and combines Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method for the ecological evaluation. In order to verify the application value of evalu-
ation system ，the paper combines the classical low carbon and automobile WAP portal for the empirical research ，which obtains the
fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results of the target WAP port
