Chi a = Abstract Objective: To evaluate the applicatio of CT- co trolled stereotactic aspiratio for hyperte sive cerebral hemorrhage (HCH) .Methods: CT data of preoperatio , i teroperatio a d postoperatio i 46 cases of HCH were a alyzed retrospectively, i cludi g 30 cases located i the basal ga glio , 15 cases located i the thalame cephalo a d i ter al capsule, 1 case located i thalame cephalo a d exter al capsule a d the cases of ve tricle hemorrhage were 15/ 46.The stereotac-tic tech iques were applied withi 6h~ 4d from the o set of HCH. Based o the dy amic CT, the efficacy of operatio was observed a d the target could be adjusted.
