中国农学通报 2011,27(8):415-419 Chinese Agricultural Science Bulletin 财政农业投入对江西农民收入影响的实证研究 朱林强，翁贞林 （江西农业大学经贸学院，南昌330045） 摘 要：为寻求三农问题解决的政策支持，利用单位根平稳性和协整检验的理论，研究财政农业投入与江 西农民收入的关系。实证分析表明，财政用于农业的支出是江西农民人均纯收入的格兰杰原因，所以应 当使财政用于农业的支出稳定增长，这有利于农民增收。而对财政用于农业的支出各分项目的研究则 表明，支援农村生产支出和其他费用能促进农民增收，所以应当加强对财政用于农业的支出资金的使用 和管理，争取使有限的资金能发挥出最大的效益。 关键词：财政农业投入；农民收入；实证分析 中图分类号：F304.4 文献标志码：A 论文编号：2010-2676 AnEmpiricalStudyoftheImpactonFinancialAgricultureInvestmenttoJiangxiFarmersIncome Zhu Linqiang, Weng Zhenlin (JiangxiAgriculturalUniversity, Nanchang 330045) Abstract:In order to search policy supporting for solving the problems of peasant, rural areas and agriculture, applying unit root stationary test and co-integration and theory, this paper studied the relationship of fiscal expenditures on agriculture and per capital net income of rural households (PCNIRH) of Jiangxi farmers. The results showed that fiscal expenditures on agriculture was the PCNIRH of Jiangxi farmers Grainger cause. We should make the fiscal expenditures for agriculture growing stably, which would help farmers increase income. The study of the financial expenditure on agriculture sub-project showed that the cost of supporting rural production can promote the farmers income, it should strengthen the financial expenditure of funds on agriculture use and management strive to make limited funds play the greatest benefits.
