内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） PAGE 53 毕业论文 汽车制动系统设计 摘要 近年来我国的汽车行业迅猛发展，尤其是轿车行业。随着汽车行业的发展，汽车的行驶安全性越来越受到人们的关注，自然制动系统的安全性就成为了人们关注的焦点。所以，设计出高性能的制动系统成为我们解决汽车行驶安全性问题的主要目标。随着汽车行业的竞争日益加剧，缩短产品的开发和生产周期，提高生产效率来降低成本等方式成为主要的竞争方式，成为企业争夺商品销售市场的主要方式。 在这次的设计说明书中，主要介绍了普通轿车的后轮鼓式制动器的设计。首先，对制动器的发展、结构和分类的等进行了简单的介绍；其次，对制动器的类型，以及各种类型的应用进行了说明；最后，对制动器的各种参数进行了计算、校核并对计算结果进行了分析，以使其满足设计的合理性和要求。 这次鼓式制动器设计的结果校核表明制动器的设计是合理的，符合规定的。并且满足了结构的简单化、可靠性等要求。 关键字：汽车、制动、鼓式制动器 Abstract In recent years the automobile industry development rapid in our country,especially in car industry.With the development of the automotive industry,diving safety of cars more and more get the attention of people,natural braking system security became the focus of attention.Therefore,design a high-performance braking system as our goal is mainly to solve the problem of vehicle driving safety.In addition,with the growing competition in the auto industry,shorten the product development and production cycle,Improve production efficiency to reduce cost and so on as the main way of competition,become the dominant form of companies competing for the sales market. In this design specification,mainly introduced the common car rear wheel drum brake design.First of all, the development of brake, structure and classification and so on has carried on the simple introduction;Secondly, type of brake, and various types of applications;Finally, the brake of the various parameters are calculated, respectively and the calculated results are analyzed,to make it meet the rationality of the design and requirements.
