冠心病患者心脏康复依从性的护理健康教育 荣县精神病医院四川自贡643100 摘要：目的：观察和探讨护理健康教育对老年冠心病PCI术后患 者康复依从性的影响。方法：选择我院2013年12月到2015年10月收治的老年 冠心病PCI术后的患者78例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各39例。两组患者 出院后均采用抗血小板聚集药、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂/血管紧张素受体阻滞 剂(ACEI/ARB). beta;■受体阻滞剂和调脂药。观察组患者PCI术后给予护理健 康教育，对照组作常规护理。观察两组服药依从性情况。结果：观察组39例患 者饮食习惯依从性高27例，服药依从性高33例，体育锻炼依从性高29例，日 常生活习惯依从性高30例；对照组39例患者饮食习惯依从性高12例，服药依 从性高18例，体育锻炼依从性高19例，日常生活习惯依从性高16例，观察组 患者各项健康行为依从性高的比例均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义 (Plt;0.05)o结论：通过采用护理健康教育老年冠心病PCI术后患者，可显着 提高其康复依从性，值得临床推广应用。 Abstract: Objective: To observe and discuss the effect of nursing health education on the complia nee of patie nts with cor on ary heart disease after PCI operati on. Methods: 78 cases of elderly patie nts with cor on ary heart disease after PCI in our hospital from December 2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 39 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were discharged from the hospital after the use of anti platelet aggregation drugs, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors / angiotensin receptor blockers (ACEI/ARB), beta blockers and lipid regulating drugs? Results: To observe the group of 39 cases of compliance of patients with eating habits of 27 cases, medicati on complia nee of 33 cases, physical exercise adhere nee of 29 cases, daily habits and complianee of 30 cases; control group (39 cases) patients diet complianee of 12 cases, medication complianee of 18 cases, physical exercise adhere nee of 19 cases, daily habits and complia nee of 16 cases, observatio n of the high proportion of groups of patients with various health complianee were sign 讦 icantly higher tha n those of the con trol group, the d iff ere nee has statistical significance (P lt; 0.05).
