北京地铁运营模式的分析研究.docx

城市轨道交通运营模式是制定运营管理方式的基础。它是城市轨道交通设 计、施工和运营管理的指导原则。木文在通过大量文献查阅和现场调查后，对北 京地铁运营模式进行了深入调查分析。北京地铁现行运用的无竞争条件下的官办 官营运营模式为北京地铁的安全运营和发展壮大做出了积极地贡献。但随着北京 地铁规模的不断扩大，这种运营模式己渐显疲态，无法适应高速发展下的北京地 铁的运营。因此，为了寻找一种适合北京地铁发展的运营模式，木文运用模糊综 合评价法建立了北京地铁运营模式的仿真模型，并在模型中对世界上现行广泛应 用的六种运用模式进行了适用性分析。模拟结果显示：官办半民营和官办民营模 式对于北京地铁的适用性均优于北京地铁现行釆用的运营模式。借鉴包括香港地 铁等世界上较为成功的模式经验，本文在最后提出了北京地铁在今后的发展过程 中应采用官办半民营模式和官办民营模式的混合主导模式来对北京地铁进行运 营。从而可以丰富北京地铁的运营模式，、提高运营企业间的竞争、促进地铁商 业化运作，最终使北京地铁走上一条良性的循环之路。 关键词：城市轨道交通；运营模式；模糊综合评价；经济效益 Abstract City track traffic operation model is formulated based on operation management. It is the city track traffic design, construction and operation management guiding principle. In this paper, through a large number of literatures and field survey, the Beijing metro operation mode of in-depth investigation and analysis. The current use of Beijing subway no competition under the conditions of the official official operation mode for Beijing metro operation safety and development made positive contribution. But with the constant enlargement of the scale of Beijing metro, this mode of operation has been increasingly tired, unable to adapt to the rapid development of Beijing subway. Therefore, in order to find a suitable for the development of Beijing metro operation model，this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a mode of Beijing subway operation simulation model, and the model of the world current widely used six kinds of application models were applicable analysis. The simulation results show: the official half private and official private mode for Beijing Metro Beijing Metro applicability are better than present mode of operation.
