In this paper, the following four aspects of the full-time Master of Engineering medical founda tion teaching met hods were explored with the practical application respect? These four aspects are : The combination of theoretical and practical application is the practical requirements to the engineering master? s ； Rational organization of classroom discussion is an effective way to train engineering master professional interest； Teachi ng is an effective way for the infiltrated project to broaden the depth and breadth of knowledge； and the highlight innovative teaching process is to develop a master project to adapt the foundation of society. The conclusion is this kind of teaching model is a useful teaching exploration， especially for the overall requirements of the full-time Master of Engineering training Key words Full-time Engineering Master； medical foundation； teaching methods 生物医学工程是综合工程学、医学和生物学的理论和方 法而发展起来的交叉边缘学科，基本任务是运用工程技术手 段研究和解决生命科学特别是医学中的有关问题，主要研究 利用电子信息技术结合医学临床对人体信息进行无损或微 损的提取和处理，是关系到提高医疗诊断水平和人类自身健 康的重要工程领域。 北京工业大学生命科学与生物工程学院从2005年开始, 正式开设医学基础研究生专业学位课，每年选课人数都在10 人左右。但是随着社会的发展和需求，近年全日制工程硕士 （专业学位研究生）的招生规模逐年增加，2012年选课人数 是19人，2013年选课人数已经达到25人。由于研究生的培 养目标在不断更新和变化，作为已有专业知识模块中的医学 基础课程的教学方法，已经不能完全适用于专业学位研究生 的培养，需要重新探索工科
