农民信息自助培训模式的构建与实施Farmers’ information self-training model Construction and Implementation-- 天祝青树图书馆农村信息技术培训项目分析 Rural information technology training program analysis of Tianzhu Evergreen Library  甘肃天祝一中 Tianzhu NO.1 middle school 蒋国栋 Jiang Guo-dong 李熙明 Li Xi-ming 项目概要 Project Summary 天祝农村信息技术培训项目旨在通过构建有效的培训模式，提升欠发达地区社区居民的信息素养-信息自助和互助的能力，以缩小西部地区农民在信息资源的占有和利用方面与发达地区的差异。 此项目为期3年，分为4个阶段。 目前项目实施处于第一阶段，即信息自助培训的模式的探索阶段的末期。通过这一阶段的培训实践，一个有效的培训模式日趋明晰起来。 Tianzhu rural information technology training program aims to constructing efficient training mode, and promote abilities of information self-help and mutual aid for less developed areas community residents . The 3-year project, divided into 4 stages . Now is in stage 1 : the end of exploring Information self-training mode. 本研究的目的是总结项目实施第一阶段探索出的信息自助培训模式，并基于案例分析探究其效果，最后简要介绍后续的项目实施和评估计划。 The purpose of this study is to summarize the information self-training mode in the first step, and based on case studies to explore the effect .Finally, introduce follow-up project implementation and evaluation plan.  研究的背景和目的Background and purpose of the study 作为公共图书馆体系的“神经末稍”---社区图书馆，青树图书馆长期以来秉持着这样的理念：以图书馆项目的建设为依托，提升学校对学生以信息素养为核心的整体素质的培养能力，提高学生的创造性和批判性思维能力。 同时使学校图书馆具备服务社区的能力，发挥学校在服务社区文化建设方面的潜在职能，使学校图书馆对社区居民的文化生活及生产行为产生积极的影响。 作为公共图书馆的有机构成部分，发挥图书馆的对社区居民的教育功能是社区图书馆服务的题中之义。 欠发达地区真正的信息贫困在于信息素养的贫困而非信息资源的贫困 Evergreen Library rely on library construction project to improve school students’ capacity of information literacy as the core of the overall quality of training, improve their creative and critical thinking.
