The important issue in the development of agricultural industrialization is to establish a kind of property right connection between agribusi nesses and producers , so the cooperation in supply chain of farm produce under the property right connection is the key factor for the effi cient development of agricultural industrialization. The tasks of government should be to create an advantageous economical and political cir cumstance , set down effective motivation policy and offer corrective direction for the cooperative organization in the development of agricul tural industrialization. Key words : agricultural industrialization ; cooperation 随着经济的发展和技术进步 , 在过去的 40 年间 , 农产品的需求供给与以往相比发生了很大的变化。 为了适应农产品需求与供给状况的变化对于生产的影响 , 农产品生产和经营逐步由单独的、相互割裂的 生产经营环节走向联合 , 形成一个从生产资料供应到生产、加工、运输、销售的垂直一体化农产品生产 体系。这一现代农产品生产经营体系的形成 , 不仅改变了农业的生产方式 , 而且改变了农业生产者在社 会经济体系中所担任的角色。农民逐步由原料供应者转变为最终产品供应者 ; 由单独分散经营的农户转 变为一体化联合协作经营的生产商。而在农业产业化过程中 ,
