ABSTRACTAfter ABSTRACT After the 20m century,Logistics industry in china has developed quickly．But because of their late start，Chinese logistics industry is still weak．Under this situation，Chinese logistics industry is opened to all foreign enterprises，what we need to consider is how to improve the efficiency of Logistics companies in order to enhance the ability of competition． The method of Data envelopment analyzed(DEA)is used in the thesis．Based on it，the efficiency of Chinese logistics enterprises is evaluated by establishing the input and output index system and DEA models．With analyzing the relationship between the index and the number of DMU，the influence of relativity between indexes，and the developing trend of logistics enterprises’efficiency are analyzed by using the Malmquist index．Based on the analysis of super efficiency model，the best efficiency is used for surveyor’S pole，and the improvement about the quantities of input and output is analyzed．With some software such as SPSS，EMS and SO on，based on 19 logistics corporations’data during 2004-2006，an empirical study has been done．In this thesis，the analysis of technology efficiency,revenues generated from scale，influences by output indexes，and other aspects of these logistic enterprises have been studied． The efficiency of Chinese logistics enterprises has been compared horizontally and vertically,and the companies are sorted according to their efficiency．The development trend has been analyzed，which shows some conclusions that the development of enterprises in the central region is more stable，and the disparity is smaller from the division of region， and the logistics enterprises on land service primarily are more equal from the division of type．The efficiency of logistics enterprises is growing circuitously；Maj ority enterprises scale disposition is unreasonable,which is in the condition of scale benefit degression．Under the present operation scale，the efficiency of majority is h
