基于ORACLE的设备管理ERP软件系统的实现 基于ORACLE的设备管理 ERP软件系统的实现 摘要 为了满足我国当前制造业的信息化管理的需要，依据ERP的先进思想理念， 开发了基于ORACLE的企业资源计划(ERP)软件系统。 使用本系统，能够根据一项生产任务并结合企业现有的人力、物资、设备 情况，自动评估企业能否在规定的时间内按时完成预定的计划，并可以根据工艺 BOM树，自动产生各种资源需求计划，如对人员、设备、物料等。企业内部的 各个部门能够按照主生产计划规定的时间制定本部门计划，保证企业的主生产计 划能够按时完成。 本软件在设计过程中充分考虑了软件的通用性，也就是跨平台的软件的实 现。现在的软件是基于ORACLE数据库平台开发的，但在软件内部已经进行了 相应的处理，并预置了相应接口，这样，在软件实际运行时，数据库平台并不局 限于ORACLE，可以通过ODBC与微软的SQL SERVER 2000、SYBASE等数据 库平台建立连接，只要传递相关的参数就可以实现软件的跨平台使用。 论文在对整个ERP系统进行了需求分析的基础上，着重介绍了设备管理子 系统的实现方案、技术细节及相关问题的解决方法。 本系统可以运行在wINDOws95／98／N1他000等多种操作系统下，后台可以 使用ORACLE／SQL sERvE刚sYBAsE等数据库管理系统。通过对系统的整体测 试证明系统运行正常，达到了预期的设计目标，为我国制造业实现企业信息化管 理提供了有效的软件支持。 关键词：企业资源计划；供应链：精益生产；敏捷制造；物料需求计划；制造资 源计划 Realization Realization In Equipment Management ERP Software System Based on Oracle Abstract In order to meet the requirement of current manufacturing industry in our country,combined with the advanced management idea，we developed an ERP software system based on Oracle． The system Can automatically evaluate whether an enterprise Can accomplish the prearranged task in a limitative time depended on the current human resource、 materiel and equipment in the enterprise．And it can automatically create all kinds of resource requirements plans，such踮for human、equipment、materiel，and SO on， depended on the technical BOM tree．Each department of enterprise Can also make their own plans within the time required by the main production plan SO the main production plan can be accomplished on time． We also considered the currency when designing the software．Although the software is designed on Oracle，we have designed some interfaces within the software． So it not only Can be used on Oracle，but also Can be used on other database platforms， such as Microsoft SQL SERVER 2000、SYBASE，if only transmit corresponding parameters and using ODBC connecting． In this thesis，the analysis of the necessity in the system WaS presented first． Secondly，it thoroughly discussed the implementation scheme、technique detail and solutions
