Educators also start to consider and implement brand-new three-dimensional teaching environment and education teaching plateform, which is based on their own school network resources, not limited by spatial and the time.In which also becomes the inevitable tendency as the educationappraisal test from the traditional written expansion to the paperless and the network leap, therefore online-test system based Web appeard.In this paper, the design and implementation plan of the online-test was proposed.
