辽宁师范大学硕士学位论文摘要 辽宁师范大学硕士学位论文 摘要 数字全息是目前全息术研究的热点之一，它以电荷耦合器件CCD代替传统的光学全 息干板来记录全息图，并用计算机模拟参考光的共轭光对全息图进行数字处理技术，最 终完成物体的再现，从而实现了全息图的记录、存储和再现过程的数字化。 近几年来，根据需要人们又将数字全息和全息显微相结合形成了数字全息显微术。 相对于传统的光学显微术，数字全息显微术不仅记录了物体的振幅和相位信息，还可以 分析出物体的振幅以及相位的三维信息，不仅这样，数字全息显微术还引入了计算机技 术和数字图像处理技术，可以更加方便快捷的在数字全息图的处理过程中加入数学处理 方法，最终提高全息图再现像的质量。数字全息显微术还可广泛用于生物细胞、聚合物 粒子生长检测以及微电路检测等多个微观领域。 在以往的研究中，人们普遍只对纯相位或纯振幅的光栅进行数字处理，而本文模拟 了一个振幅相位混合光栅，从光学全息的原理出发，设计了一套数字全息记录和再现的 程序，最后还针对数值重建的结果进行了量化分析。实验证明了该程序可以较好的再现 物体的振幅和相位信息，对以后的研究工作提供了可靠的参考。 关键词：光学全息技术；数字全息显微；傅里叶变换数字全息；频谱滤波算法；计算机 模拟 基于Matlab的数字全息显微术的实验研究Experimental 基于Matlab的数字全息显微术的实验研究 Experimental Study of digital holographic microscopy techniques on the Matlab Abstract Digital holography is an active research subject．In digital holography，A charged-coupled device(CCD)is used to record holograms instead of traditional optical holographic plate．It substitutes numerical reconstruction for optical diffraction pmcess to reconstruct object wave field by computer．Digital holography realizes the whole digital process of recording，memory，processing and reconstruction of holograrn． Digital holographic microscopy combines the digital holography and holographic nicroscopy．In contrast to traditional optical microscopy，digital holographic microscopy Can not only record the object amplitude information，but also call record the object phase information．Digital holographic microscopy introduce the computer technology and digital image processing technology，thus，it Can be more convenient a脚efficient to use mathematical treatment method which can improve the quality of hologram reconstruction．So digital holographic microscopy is widely used in biological cells，the growth of polymer particle detection，detection of micro—circuits and other microscopic fields． In previous studies．digital prcessing only for pure-phase or pure-amplitude grating．Tllis paper based on the principle of optical holography，simulating a amplitude—phase mixed grating，and designs a program for digital holo
