At present, more and more companies tend to use SMD on their products, while SMD carrier tape producer is the key equipment during the SMD production. The quality and quantity of SMDs depend on the automatic level of carrier tape producer, and therefore it is very significant to develop automatic SMD carrier tape producer. The purpose of this paper is to design a kind of SM
